This is a series I started in April of 2009. It centers around video games (obviously) but to be more specific it hones in on my favorite aspect of gaming. The bosses of video games. The term Boss Rush is meant to imply a series of Bosses all in a row without much break. However the name for the show is meant to be thought of as a run-by of all the bosses in a single game even if you don’t fight them back to back in the game itself. Although the term is sometimes used literally in the show. It could also mean that you’re watching episodes back to back so you get more than one even if an episode features only one boss. I am always working on one of these now at any given time so there’s always more on the way. Thanks for watching!

(episodes are listed newest to oldest)

Boss Rush #4: Strikers 1945 PLUS

Capcom’s 1940 series is a series of vertical shooting period pieces set in the second world wa.. Hold on. This game isn’t made by Capcom and it isn’t a part of that series. What alien substance have I discovered? Hey, maybe I’ll end up fighting Robo-Hitler like in Wolfenstein 3D.

Boss Rush #3: Moonwalker

I think everybody has played the Genesis Moonwalker but not too many people have taken the time to experience it in the arcades. Seeing as how the Genesis version didn’t really have any bosses of note you’ve now got to wonder… Who in the world would oppose the world’s greatest pop legend?

Boss Rush #2: Street Fighter 2010

The long procrastinated second episode. With many technical errors and excuses out of the way I present to you the greatest mystery game since Sherlock Holmes on CD-ROM. And given how mysterious this game is naturally all of it’s bosses just perplex me.

Boss Rush #1: Phoenix

This is the first episode in what I hope will be a long running series. A series highlighting video games and in particular video game bosses and what’s a better place to start than the very first?
